The red wall surrounds the Kremlin - Please notice the wall to the left of the tower and along the right side as it runs along the side of the highway. Kremlin mean FORT. Many people think of the seat of government when they hear the word Kremlin, but the Kremlin is more than that. It is a walled in area about 3 miles in circumference.
