The locks at the main Three Gorges Dam are shown within the red colored rectangle I have placed on the right side of the photo. There are five stages to the lock system. The dam is located on the left side of the photo.

Up river from the dam. A high speed ferry is passing by.

In the city of Wuhan, huge bells from the tomb of the Marquis of Weng. A duplicate of these was set up in an auditorium in the museum where we heard a short concert.

The Viking Cruise company financially supports a grammar school in the town of Yueyang.
We visited the first grade at the school.

One of the ship's passengers is an artist. He gave some of the children sketches of themselves. They were much appreciated.
